At Shads Football all prices are stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items.
SHADS Football receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Bank transfer . The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
SHADS Football aims to dispatch orders within 1-3 days.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after the order has been produced.
Special delivery conditions apply to certain goods. The conditions will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must advertise "immediately" after you have discovered the defect/error. SHADS Football will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk per email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
Exchange and return
When you shop at SHADS Football, you always have a 14-day right of return on NON-personalized items from the day you receive your order. This means that you can send unused items back to us for up to 14 days after you received/picked up your package and get your money back.
NOTE The item is returned in the same condition and with all original labels/marks as on receipt and in/with intact product packaging.
NB! NOTE THAT PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED cf. the Consumer Contracts Act, section 18, subsection 2. No. 3..
All shin guards purchased from Shads Football will be referred to as PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS, even if one's name or similar. not written on. This is because you have designed them yourself via our 3D configurator
According to the Sales Act, you can have a defective product repaired, exchanged, a discount on the price or the money returned, depending on the specific situation - unless the fault is due to breach of contract or damage. Any errors or deficiencies in delivery from SHADS Football must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error and contact must be made to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note further that you bear the risk when you send an item/package to us until receipt. Therefore, remember to pack the item in proper packaging and save the receipt for the shipment for any future reference.
